An entire AI team for a salon
5.7 s for the AI front desk to answer a booking request at 10:50 PM, with the salon closed

What it does
I built an entire AI team for a Costa Mesa salon open since 1993. It finds locals asking for a stylist and group bookings nearby, writes the week's posts and a new site, matches a customer's photo to the right stylist, and answers booking requests after hours in seconds, all from one memory of the salon's menu, stylists and hours and a study of 1,272 reviews. Built as a demonstration; the salon was never contacted.
What I built
- One memory of the salon's public information: its menu as written, its stylists by role, its hours and its customers' own words
- A study of 1,272 public Google reviews across 11 salons, with no reviewer names recorded
- A listening board that read 315 public posts and kept 42 people nearby asking for a stylist, each with a reply drafted from memory and never sent
- A group-booking finder that kept 24 leads, each with a drafted message that was never sent
- A week of posts, new site copy and a phone-first site, every block citing its facts
- A photo-to-stylist matcher and an after-hours inbox that holds a booking request for the front desk to confirm
- The Salon Team Workbench app, which shows all of it in one place
The record
-
One memory: 107 facts (all 59 menu prices as written), 25 stylists from the team page and 79 customers' quotes word for word; its check ran 229 entries with 0 failures
Build log
-
1,272 public Google reviews across 11 salons: the salon's own 677 and 595 from the 10 hair salons within about 1.1 km; 927 with text, no reviewer names recorded
Build log
-
47 searches found 315 unique public results, and all 315 were read
Build log
-
89 real people asking, all in Orange County groups and subreddits: 47 cut on score, 42 kept
Listening board data
-
24 group-booking leads: 13 venues, 4 proms, 3 planners, 2 events, 1 bridal shop and 1 wedding party
Group-booking lead data
-
The matcher, live: the salon's own balayage photo plus one line of text returned the service, the colorist for it and the next opening in 18.6 s
Matcher test run
-
The after-hours inbox, on a test request at 10:50 PM with the salon closed: a reply in 5.7 s, then a rebook at 10:52 PM in 4.2 s, held as a request and not sent

Honest frame
A demonstration built only from the salon's public information. Nothing was posted, sent or deployed, and the salon was never contacted. The new site's walkthrough moves through the salon's own public photos with depth parallax; it is not a 3D model. A booking is held as a request for the front desk to confirm.
